DBA_AUDIT_STATEMENT
displays audit trail records concerning GRANT
, REVOKE
, AUDIT
, NOAUDIT
, and ALTER SYSTEM
statements throughout the database.
USER_AUDIT_STATEMENT
displays audit trail records for the same statements issued by the current user.
