V$PWFILE_USERS

V$PWFILE_USERS lists users who have been granted SYSDBA and SYSOPER privileges as derived from the password file.

Column	Datatype	Description
USERNAME	VARCHAR2(30)	Name of the user that is contained in the password file
SYSDBA	VARCHAR2(5)	Indicates whether the user can connect with SYSDBA privileges (TRUE) or not (FALSE)
SYSOPER	VARCHAR2(5)	Indicates whether the user can connect with SYSOPER privileges (TRUE) or not (FALSE)
SYSASM	VARCHAR2(5)	Indicates whether the user can connect with SYSASM privileges (TRUE) or not (FALSE)

Note:

One can select from the V$PWFILE_USERS view to see which users are listed in the password file. New users can be added to the password file by granting them SYSDBA or SYSOPER privileges, or by using the orapwd utility.
