ORA-13029: Invalid SRID in the SDO_GEOMETRY object
Cause: There is an invalid SDO_SRID in the SDO_GEOMETRY object. The specified SRID may be outside the valid SRID range.
Action: Verify that the geometries have valid SRIDs.
